Two Houses to choose from!
We loved last years house so much we have it as an option again this year for those who didn’t join us. If you came last year, you may want to create with our new design option to create a village! Or, maybe you want to undo last years house and paint and create on it again (let us know if this is your option and you will get a $15 discount for bringing your own)
Because this year we are decorating FOREVER or “Faux” Gingerbread houses made out of laser cut wood, specifically for US!
Because painting and gluing is messy and you won’t have to clean up after!
Because we will take care of ALL the supplies like faux frosting, faux candy and creative building “treats”! (Along with the wood accessories pictured we will have glitter glue, pom poms, sequins, beads and many more treasures!)
Because we have a great big space to move around and spread out!
_______
Approximate House Dimensions (L x W x H) 9 x 7 x 8 Inches (approx)
House A: roof has a “hinge” which make it a functioning box - perfect for letters to Santa or Holiday cards from the mail! (or storing notes and treats from an elf?) It also has gingerbread family pieces.
House B: roof is permanent, but there is an opening in the back to put in electric lights to make your house glow! It also has a larger base along with a large tree.
Both pieces come with add on wooden pieces like window, wreaths, candy canes and snowflakes.
We also provide MANY decorating supplies like paint, “frosting”, glue, pom poms, snow, buttons and found “treasures”!
*Each house comes in flat pieces and has a layer of sticker paper on ALL the pieces. Removing all the paper before creating is a sometimes satisfying task, but takes time. The houses will also need to be assembled. Some artists like to paint their pieces before assembling and some after. The paper pealing and assembling take 30 minutes. If you would like your house “pealed” and assembled before you arrive, please let us know when you check out if you would like to pay the $10 set up fee (this will be paid upon arrival)
All ages/Families:
As many people that you want can work on one house. (friends who come together should have their own house, who will take it home otherwise?!) Kids under 6 should have an adult with them to help. One family can work on one house, but if you have more than 3 kids, you might want to get 2, think about the sharing dynamics in your home.
Adults:
This is a great event for you to do also, design your “dream home” with paint, beads and sequins. Or bring your own ribbons and baubles to fit your personal asthetic. (The Art Room will supply lots of goodies that are whimsical, not necessarily a mature color palette - but we can help you mix your paint colors!)
Please let us know how many chairs in your group and if you’d like to sit by another group or I can move tables together. Mentioning other names of people purchasing helps so I can place you with them if you request it. Otherwise you will have your own private table.
