BEGINNER AM: AGE: 7-teen / TIME: 10am-1pm COST: $180

ADVANCED HANG: PM: AGE: 7-teen / TIME: 2-5pm COST: FREE

This is a HANG for those who can do all of the things we cover in the beginner camp. You should be crocheting at home and reading basic patterns before joining this HANG. Sometimes we just want to hang with our friends, make new friends, snack and create together in a fun studio space. Now, if you have a pattern that has you stuck and you need help getting through something, or you want to try something new but are afraid to try without help, you CAN bring those projects to the hang! You must bring all of your own yarn and hooks. You CAN use our Lauren Espy pattern books if you want, just bring an array of colors to make sure you can make what you want. Ms Heather is excited to HANG with you!

Instructor: Heather Ivy

At The Art Room, we believe in creating a fun, safe space where creativity can thrive. Our studio is built on kindness, respect, and a shared love of making art.

Students must be able to work respectfully with others of varying ages, share materials, and follow studio expectations. Kindness and respect for peers, teachers, and the studio space are required at all times.

Our camps are not a babysitting service. Students should come prepared and motivated to actively participate in art activities. Our instructors are not able to manage significant or ongoing behavioral or social concerns, and it is not fair to other campers when a large portion of time is spent addressing behavior. Please speak to your child about behavior expectations before sending them to camp.

Thank you for helping us create a positive and creative experience for everyone!

We are an ECO Conscious Studio! Please do not bring one time use plastic bottles or sugary drinks. Students will have a short break to eat, so please feel free to pack snacks or a light lunch.
